Is the app available? Can I get access to it?

We're currently in closed private beta. The best way to get access to the app is to sign up for early access and you can also stay up to date by following Vital on Twitter.

What integrations are available on Vital?

We are gradually adding integrations to our product. It will start with Apple Health and Google Fit and expect Oura, Whoop, CGM, Fitbit, Garmin, Withings, and more during 2022.

Will I need to own wearables to use Vital?

We're building an app that will leverage all the data available to wearable owners, but we are making sure to include everyone. Our app will also work without wearable connections.

What will be the challenges available on Vital? How the social feature will work?

We are building the 'Strava for Health Optimization.' You'll be able to see the health-related activities of your friends and family on our feed and you will be able to participate in health challenges and even create your own challenges soon. Challenges will be on metrics that can be either tracked through wearable data or logged in the app (sleep, activity, calories, weight loss, glucose, and more...!)

What does Vital do with my information?

All our data privacy information is available in our Privacy Policy. Vital has very strict data security protocols, and we do not sell user data or information to any third party. You are always in complete control of your data.
